I have discussed at some length on how to make a Nvivo model (see here). What exactly does it look like? Here is just an example:

The model tells us there are a number of factors relating to/causing drunkenness. These factors are contextual factors, embedded in living condition of people under the study.
The task now is to:
1) Explain the model: What one factor links to another? Why one way (or two way) arrow? What you do here is to show 'the findings' of your study.
2) Discuss the model:
a) Considering available theories that explain drunkenness: Does the model tell the same thing? What does it add to the academic perception of drunkenness?
b) Considering available efforts to reduce alcohol consumption (that is the 'applied' aspects of your findings): Does the model suggest anything?
c) Considering limitations of the study: Is there any caution for people reading this study? Can you do it better?
d) Considering your way (you may not want to write this in your paper): What more to find? I am really satisfied with the study?
